Our cuisine
For a splendid day start, we serve a rich buffet breakfast in our breakfast room with a spectacular panoramic view on Selva and its surrounding mountains.
Our dinner, consisting of 4 dishes and a buffet of various kinds of salads, is served in our “Belle Époque” restaurant lounge, where you can taste the vast range of culinary delicacies accurately and passionately prepared under our chef’s direction, Giovanni D’Oria: he is able to combine Ladin and south Tyrolean delights with dainty Mediterranean flavours, revealing, by his creative touch, his really peculiar cooking art.
Our wine cellar is personally supervised by the director, who will be glad to suggest you the most appropriate wine among a rich choice coming from the best south Tyrolean and international vine-growers. |
