● Akinokaze: diagnosis and energetic treatment of Chackras. It is done with hand palms and very light body micro-rotations.
● Shin do: energetic treatment consisting of fluid movements with light skimming. It awakens deep energies and dissolves stress, headache, backache, neck and shoulder tensions, articular pain, anxiety and sleep ailments.
● Ampuku: diagnosis and energetic treatment starting from stomach and usually followed by Zen Shiatsu.
● Zen Shiatsu: treatment involving the entire body or part of it with different hand touches following the twelve meridians’ pathway. The hand touches can be more or less soft according to needs and tastes, with pressure and stretching.
● Shirodara Ayurveda: balancing and relaxing treatment during which oil slowly falls over the sixth Chackra relaxing your mind. |
