Arrival & departure

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. Depending on availability and upon request, we are happy to extend your stay beyond 11 a.m. for an additional fee.

Garage

You can conveniently park your car in our underground car park. Please reserve your parking space when booking your room at a price of €10.00 per day.

Pets

Only dogs are accepted, by prior arrangement. They are not allowed in the dining and lounge areas or the wellness area. We charge €35.00 per day without food. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damage or necessary final cleaning upon departure.

Local tax

The local tax is €3.40 per person per night and must be paid on site; it is not included in the price of your stay. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Confirmation of reservation

The reservation is considered binding as soon as a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay has been received.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation within 22 days prior to the date of arrival is free of charge.

Cancellations made between 21 and 8 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the booked stay.

Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, will be charged 100% of the booked stay.

Travel insurance

In accordance with European standards and to protect you from possible penalties due to cancellations due to illness or other serious obstacles, we recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance via our homepage when booking your room. Cancellation insurance: The cost is approximately 6% of the booked stay.

No smoking

Hotel Oswald is a non-smoking hotel. We would like to point out that, in accordance with Provincial Law No. 8 of 25 November 2004, smoking is prohibited in our hotel.
