Arrival and departure

Check-in starts from 3 pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7 pm. We kindly ask to leave the room by 10 am on the departure day.

Late Check-Out

Enjoy the wonderful Dolomites also on the day of departure. Subject to availability and on request, we will gladly extend your stay beyond 10:00 a.m. for an additional charge (by prior arrangement).

Reductions for extra beds

• 0 to 1 year cot/baby cot € 29,00
• 50% for children from 2 to 6 years
• 30% for children from 7 to 11 years
• 15% for children from 12 years and adults

Garage

You can park your car in our underground garage by extra charge of € 10.00 per day. Please book your parking space when you reserve your room. 

Pets

Only dogs are accepted and only in summer upon request and prior arrangement with the management. The surcharge is 35.00 € per day, excluding food. Access to the dining rooms, common rooms and wellness area is not allowed.  Upon departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or final cleaning.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price is the tourist tax of € 3,40 per person and day (aged 14 years and over) payable on departure.

Confirmation of booking

The reservation is bound to the receipt of the deposit amounting to 30% of the price of the stay.

Paying of the deposit

The deposit of 30% of the stay amount can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

Travel insurance

In line with European standards and to protect you from any penalties due to cancellations due to illness or other serious impediments, we recommend that you activate our travel insurance directly from the website at the time of booking. The cost is approximately 6% of the amount of the booked stay.

Cancellation conditions

• Up to 15 days from the arrival date the reservation can be moved and recalculated, the deposit will not be refunded, but credited for a future stay.

• From 14 to 8 days from the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked stay will be charged.

• From 7 days from the arrival date or in case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

Cancellation conditions in special cases

Free cancellation at any time restrictive measures were issued by the authorities that would prevent the stay. Deposit would be refunded or a voucher issued for use within 18 months of issuance.

Payment methods accepted at the hotel

Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners Club and American Express.
Cash payment up to € 4.999,99 per reservation.

Smoking ban

Hotel Oswald is a non-smoking hotel. Please note that there is a smoking ban in our hotel in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 8 dated 25/11/2004.

Dress code

To ensure a relaxed atmosphere we kindly ask you dress appropriately for dinner.

Spa & wellness

Due to organizational needs and to ensure the maximum efficiency of the spa, we kindly ask our guests to notify the cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment, after which the treatments will be charged.
